Garry L. Krum is the founder of Krum and Company, Inc., a Merger & Acquisition advisory firm specializing in assisting companies to achieve maximum success in their corporate development activities. Prior to starting Krum and Company, Mr. Krum was a Vice President for two Silicon Valley semiconductor capital equipment companies – KLA-Tencor and Asyst Technologies - where he was responsible for the development and execution of the companies’ Merger and Acquisition strategies. In addition to the United States, he has led and managed deals in Japan, Taiwan, China and Europe.
Past clients include Lockheed-Martin, Applied Materials, Blue Pillar, Jump! Software, OtterBox, Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory and New Century Software.
