John Geiman has developed and grown successful businesses for more than 30 years. John began his career with Ernst & Ernst Public Accounting, acquiring experience in a broad spectrum of diverse businesses including manufacturing, distribution, construction, the hospitality industry, auto and marine sales, retail, hospitals, education, real estate, insurance, property management, technology, and communications, to name a few.

An entrepreneur at heart, John acquired a small bookstore and developed it into one of the largest independent stores in Michigan, Indiana and Ohio. He has over 20 years experience in corporate leadership roles in marketing and sales, and served as the vice president and division head of an international publishing company.

Since 2004, John has served as President of Top Line Growth, Inc., an authorized licensee of the Sandler TrainingSM, a training, consulting and coaching company with locations in Fort Collins to Boulder, Colorado. As one of more than 180 international Sandler Training franchisees, John works with CEOs, business owners, presidents, sales managers and sales professionals all along the Front Range of Colorado, helping them improve top line performance and bottom line profitability.

John speaks internationally, leads seminars, workshops, and intensive training programs, and provides motivational keynote addresses. He is a popular presenter for local chambers, NoCoNet, the Fort Collins Small Business Development Center, and area networking groups.

John received his B.A. from Western Michigan University, earned an M.A.T.S. from North Park Seminary, and is a certified Master Trainer with Sandler Selling Systems®. He is a member of the Boulder, Longmont, and Loveland Chambers of Commerce in Northern Colorado. John serves on the Make-It-Fly Alumni Board and is also active in leadership roles at Crossroads Church in Loveland. He is also a member of the Northern Rockies Chapter of the American Society for Training and Development.

Don Overcash began his career as a pharmacist and initially developed his entrepreneurial skills through ownership of a retail pharmacy in Minnesota.  It was during this time that Don also conceived and co-founded a unique community event, The International Eelpout Festival that has continued for more than 25 years and draws thousands of visitors each winter to Walker, MN, and, as a result, bolsters the region’s tourism industry. He also has developed and grown successful businesses for more than 30 years.

Don moved from retail ownership to marketing for a major pharmaceutical corporation.  The experience gained on the manufacturer and retail sides of the industry served him well as he then spent the next 20 years in senior management roles in healthcare advertising and medical education companies.  He served as president of three different companies where he excelled at developing successful business-development teams.  It was then that Don became an advocate of Sandler Training. He credits his business success to what his Sandler trusted advisor taught him and his teams.

In December 2006, Don and his family moved to Loveland.  In 2009, Don joined Top Line Growth, Inc., an authorized licensee of Sandler TrainingSM, a training, consulting and coaching company with locations that serve Denver, Northern Colorado and Wyoming.  Don works with CEOs, business owners, presidents, sales managers and sales professionals, helping them improve top line performance and bottom line profitability.

As an affiliated faculty member of Colorado Christian University, Don teaches business courses for the College of Adult and Graduate Studies.  In addition to leading seminars, workshops and intensive training programs, Don also provides motivational keynote addresses.  He received his B.S. Pharmacy from the University Of Illinois College Of Pharmacy and earned his MBA from the Keller Graduate School of Management.  For more information, contact Sandler Training at 866-379-6257.

Quote When I had my first conversation with John, one of the first things I said was, 'I hate selling.' My wife Linda and I have been working with John for several months now, and we are both not only comfortable with sales, but we are looking forward to a very active sales campaign for a new product in our business using the Sandler techniques John taught us. What John offers is a proven sales system delivered with humor and intelligence. The results have been very positive for us. We feel constant improvement in all phases of customer contact and the selling process. Thanks, John! Quote
